About me
Bob Blanck has been teaching secondary English since 1996. He taught at Orangewood Continuation High School in Redlands from 2007-2023. Bob recently joined the staff at Glen View Continuation High School in Beaumont. Over the years Bob has taught all levels of English as well as Journalism, Yearbook, and Drama. He also served as AVID Coordinator, PBIS Committee Chair, English Department Chair, WASC Leadership Team member, WASC Visiting Team member, and Coordinator of Intervention Programs. From 2015-2017, Bob took a temporary, a two year position, as a Teacher on Assignment – Instructional Coach where he assisted secondary English teachers from all over the district with curriculum, instruction, assessment and data evaluation. He has also taught English part time at Crafton Hills Community College in Yucaipa since 2001. Bob completed his Administrative Service Credential in 2018 and hopes to move into administration at a continuation school, adult education or other alternative school in the near future. He has been presenting at CCEA on various topics since 2018 and has been a Model Continuation School Visiting Team member since 2023.
