About me
Candice has been the VP for Sierra since fall 2021. She was an English teacher and the Student Achievement Specialist for over 15 years before becoming an administrator. She has worked in both traditional and alternative schools but prefers alt ed for its flexibility and the resilience of the students.
She uses her powers of ADHD hyperfocus to gamify data and turn problems into puzzles to be solved and decrease achievement GAPS. This skill has served her well in building groundbreaking programs at Sierra High School.
