The National Center for Education and the Economy (NCEE) defines strategy as “the determination of how best to prioritize, orchestrate, and use available resources and capabilities to achieve identified ends or goals. Strategy bridges the gap from where you are to where you want to be” (NCEE, n.d.). In every situation, there is an expectation, your current state in relation to the expectation, and a gap between the two. This presentation will discuss how you can attack any problem and lead through the gap to reach the expectation.
